This app is abismal

Almost immediately after using it, I was harassed by their customer service representatives telling me I had to go through a validation process in order to verify I was a registered member. For the safety of the users, they said.
So I start the process.
Immediately it takes me to a webcam services, where I have to of in my credit card information for verification, only to them redirect me to a second service asking for the same thing.

I ask these representatives (of which there were three simultaneously harassing me nonstop) why to immediately cancel my subscription (of which Ive maintained for about an hour total), and guess what?: the only way out of even the 3day subscription is to go through that verification process.

Scam. Utter, total, complete scam!
